Susannah finished her test while I was at the museum, so we decided to meet up in Akihabara to celebrate her finishing, and unwind a bit.
We also stopped by an arcade to play some crazy Japanese games. We played a crazy air-hockey game with 2 paddles each, where at certain points, 10-15 mini-pucks would shoot out onto the field (rink?). It’s a bit hard to see in the picture, but it was hectic, and a lot of fun.
There was also a table-flipping game with an actual table on the console, where the object in the game was to destroy as many things as possible by flipping the in-game table (controlled by the real-world table). It was a great stress reliever as I’m sure you can imagine. We also played Taiko no Tatsujin (a famous drumming game) and a few other games. Japanese arcades are awesome.
We also went to a cat cafe while in Akihabara.
